Delivered either online or on-site, our live instructor-led Kanban (看板) training sessions utilize interactive discussions and practical exercises to illustrate how Kanban can enhance your work environment. These courses equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively apply Kanban principles, enabling you to clearly define immediate priorities, strategically defer tasks, and permanently eliminate items from your to-do list that no longer add value.
Kanban training is available as either "online live training" or "onsite live training". Online live training (also known as "remote live training") is conducted through an interactive, remote desktop session. Onsite live training takes place either locally at your premises in Gaia or within NobleProg's corporate training centers in Gaia.
