Spanning two days, this course is tailored for teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to navigate Agile environments effectively. Participants will utilise frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP to operate as Agile teams, managing backlogs and executing iterations successfully. A key emphasis is placed on understanding the team’s position within the ART, fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement alongside other teams.
The training equips teams to engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with special attention on PI planning sessions. Completing this course also prepares participants for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam.
