Over the course of two days, this training empowers teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in an Agile setting by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will acquire the skills to operate as cohesive Agile Teams, effectively manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and deliver iterations. A key focus is placed on clarifying each team’s specific role within the ART, fostering collaboration, joint planning, execution, and continuous improvement alongside peer teams.

The program equips teams to actively engage in Program Increments (PIs), encompassing both team-level and program-level activities, with a strong emphasis on preparing for upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the certification exam to achieve the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.

• Implementing SAFe principles to extend Lean and Agile practices throughout the organization.
