Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of customer experience and CRM concepts, including leads, contacts, accounts, segmentation, and campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Dataverse navigation, alongside basic setup tasks (tables, columns, forms, and views).
- While no programming knowledge is required, proficiency in working with data fields, simple business rules, and spreadsheets is advantageous.
