Scrum Training in Gaia

The course "Scrum for an Advanced Scrum Master + PSM II Preparation" is aimed at experienced Scrum Masters who wish to broaden their competencies, gain a deeper understanding of how Scrum operates, and become true leaders in the agile approach. The course includes an interpretation of the Scrum Guide aligned with Scrum.org’s vision, which is key in the context of the PSM II exam. Participants gain practical knowledge about completeness, the empirical approach, Scrum values, and the role of the Scrum Master as a leader. Additionally, the course prepares participants for the PSM II exam, which is based on the latest version of the Scrum Guide.

This instructor-led, live training in Gaia (online or onsite) is designed for beginner-level teams and managers outside the IT sector who wish to work more quickly and transparently without fully adopting Scrum.

This 7-hour instructor-led training in Gaia is dedicated to leveraging Jira and Confluence for effective agile project management. Learners will acquire the skills to configure boards, manage issues, and integrate tools to optimise requirements and reporting, thereby fostering improved team collaboration and delivery outcomes.

The training is dedicated to people interested in implementing Agile approaches in the organization, people participating in projects, project managers implementing or planning to implement Agile approaches in projects.

This two-day course equips teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to operate effectively in an Agile environment by leveraging frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will learn how to function as Agile Teams, create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and execute iterations. The course also emphasizes understanding the team’s role within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.

The training prepares teams to participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a particular focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completion of the course also prepares participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
