- Capturing functional evidence via standard SAP GUI transactions.
Module 2 – Process-Centric Access Management (2h)
- Role configuration and access control utilizing PFCG and SU01.
- Utilizing SU53 and SUIM for rapid issue diagnosis.
- Developing RACI matrices per process and addressing “pragmatic” SoD scenarios.
Session 2 (4h)
Module 3 – FI/CO with an Emphasis on Controls (2h)
- Reviewing OB52 settings, tolerance limits, and accounting authorizations.
- Journal entry approvals and evidence trail management through standard workflows.
- Tracking changes in accounting master data and bank account details.
Module 4 – MM/SD with an Emphasis on Controls (2h)
- MM: Managing purchase release strategies, price modifications, and condition records.
- SD: Governing credit limits, pricing structures, and discount conditions.
- Generating evidence via change documents, system logs, and reports.

Module 5 – Logs and Operational Evidence (3h)
- Analyzing SM20 data (object, user, timestamp) in functional contexts.
- SCU3: Monitoring changes to master data (vendors, customers, materials, conditions).
- STAD/ST03N: Evaluating transaction execution patterns.
- Data export (ALV/CSV/PDF) and preparation of supporting annexes.
Module 6 – Quality Assurance and Testing (1h)
- Designing test cases with defined acceptance criteria and minimum evidence requirements.

Module 7 – Applied Process Laboratory (3h)
- Mini-project: Simulating purchase and sales cycles including exceptional scenarios.
- Collecting evidence and compiling a complete audit dossier.
Module 8 – Wrap-up and Operational Transition (1h)
- Creating an operational checklist and scheduling periodic control reviews.
- Reviewing best practices for audits and regulatory adherence.
