Module 1 – AIS for Functional Use in R/3 (2h)
- Overview of R/3 processes and tables relevant to audits.
- Capturing functional evidence through standard SAP GUI transactions.
Module 2 – Process-Oriented Access Management (2h)
- Role design and access control using PFCG and SU01.
- Utilizing SU53 and SUIM for rapid diagnosis.
- Defining RACI matrices by process and identifying pragmatic SoD issues.
Session 2 (4h)
Module 3 – FI/CO with Focus on Control (2h)
- Managing OB52 settings, tolerances, and accounting authorizations.
- Approving journal entries and gathering evidence via standard workflows.
- Tracing changes in accounting master data and bank accounts.
Module 4 – MM/SD with Focus on Control (2h)
- MM: Managing purchase release strategies, price changes, and conditions.
- SD: Overseeing credit limits, pricing, and discount conditions.
- Gathering evidence through change documents, logs, and reports.
Session 3 (4h)
Module 5 – Logs and Operational Evidence (3h)
- Using SM20 (who, what, when) in functional scenarios.
- Monitoring SCU3: changes in master data (vendors, customers, materials, conditions).
- Analyzing transaction executions via STAD/ST03N.
- Exporting data (ALV/CSV/PDF) and assembling annexes.
Module 6 – Quality and Testing (1h)
- Designing test cases with acceptance criteria and minimum evidence requirements.
Session 4 (4h)
Module 7 – Applied Process Laboratory (3h)
- Mini-project: Executing purchase and sale cycles with exceptional scenarios.
- Gathering evidence and compiling a comprehensive dossier.
Module 8 – Closing and Transition to Operations (1h)
- Establishing an operational checklist and periodic control schedule.
- Adopting best practices for audits and regulatory compliance.
