PMI Training in Portugal

This instructor-led live training, delivered in Portugal (online or onsite), is designed for intermediate-level business analysts who wish to learn the tools and techniques of business analysis and prepare for the PMI-PBA exam.

This training course prepares participants for the PMP® exam (Project Management Professional®). Upon successful completion, each participant receives a certificate confirming the PMP-Prep training (35 hours).
