This course aims to instruct students on the core principles of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML), its usage via Magicdraw/Cameo software, fundamental Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) simulation techniques, and established MBSE best practices.

This training will explain how to use SysML, the modelling language for systems engineering. You will particularly explore block diagrams for modelling the structure of complex systems. You will delve into sequence diagrams, state machine diagrams, and activity diagrams for dynamic modelling. You will also learn to use specific SysML diagrams such as requirements diagrams and parametric diagrams, as well as the concept of allocation. We will also emphasise the need to define a modelling approach suitable for the company's context and the type of system under study. Practical exercises will be carried out using NoMagic's modelling tool, Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw).

Objective:
