This course is designed for anyone involved in modelling processes using BPMN 2.0.

It emphasises the practical application of the entire BPMN 2.0 specification, including the implementation of common patterns.

The format consists of short lectures followed by exercises: delegates will receive problem descriptions in English and must create appropriate diagrams for each scenario. These diagrams will then be reviewed and assessed by both the group and the trainer.

While the primary focus is on understanding BPMN diagrams, the course also covers fundamental aspects of BPMN execution.
